Hi all

My name is dedy loekhun susatio. i'm a beginner is pool. I want to know about the ideal weight of shaft. is that true the more heavy the shaft is more good for you to play with? what about 3,45 oz shaft VS 3,9 OZ shaft? thanks alot:)

Welcome to the pool-world :)

you have to test shafts on your own cue mate- and just check out yourself what does feel good for your. There are so many shafts that there is no *perfect* shaft for everyone. Put in on your cue, make some balls- then you ll see how it feels for you. Further there are too many points we could discuss about- it would take ages :p
If you feel comfortable, it s ok for you easy said.

sengkun108...No that is not true. You play with whatever feels best to you. It's more about how the shaft feels when attached to the butt of the cue, than how much it weighs. Try to play with several cues of different weights and find one you're more comfortable with. Most pro players play with 18, 19 or 20 oz cues...the weight of the shaft is not important.
