Eat the chicken, its delicious!

Ken

Thanks Ken I will do that. Had to resist getting into a cheap one hole game. I only have a few hours and told myself that I can't be jumping out of the van and playing all these guys on their home tables. I am like a Johnny Appleseed of cash deposits across the country :-)

But I am having a great time trading runouts with my buddy Andi.

looks nice but what the hell is up with all that sunshine?????

this is Ames mister...

Glass entryways in the front and back of the room. You can enter from either end.

Wish I wasnt at work right now. Would love to meet the case master in person.
I am only a few miles from there.

If Andi gets John good and on the ropes they will likely still be playing when you get off :D

We will be here for at least another couple hours. You want to pave the way for me at the Rack?

I can go there after this for sure. Getting ready to dig into a chicken sandwich.

Checked in and Jerry is MIA and Mona is retired again.... I have Jerry's mobile number somewhere and if I get in touch with him I will let you know.... Looks like a no go at this point.. Guess I should have said something before you headed out that way........

Chris

John, which way are you heading from there? There's a really nice room in Decatur, Alabama called 6 Pockets if you are interested in North Alabama at all.

John six pockets is a very nice room with all diamonds. If you can make it to Decatur, or Cullman, 30 miles north of Decatur, right off interstate 65, they have goldcrowns. I will play you some cheap 50.00 or 100.00 one hole. I have played once in over a month. The last time I was there, I blew a dime when I was suppose to have the nuts, but when you very seldom play, there is no such thing as having the nuts. I don't think I have booked a winner since I was at High Pockets a few years back, and this is no bs. High Pockets is like the old school poolrooms with Goldcrowns and Valleys, and I wish they were all still that way. Tracy is also a great guy and really helps action get started.

The big game there is the Golf game in the back room on the snooker table.

Interesting to watch, I have played Golf before, but I couldnt run with those dogs.

We are heading west - now in Ft. Smith and getting ready to make the final sprint to OKC. But I will surely end up hitting your room as well.

See above Allen. I will certainly be coming to Alabama later.

No biggie Chris, you know how this no-plan type of sales trip is going - we go where the wind takes us.

Met John this afternoon and what a nice guy.

Thanks, you must have caught me right after eating the chicken sandwich!

I wish we had had a day or two to hang around but OKC beckons where I have to reload on cases. You were right about the sandwich though, I owe you one for the tip.

I think this trip your doing is awesome and your getting great exposure as people are getting to meet you in person vs just on here, I met you at Derby and you were very nice and passionate about the game and equipment as well. Try making your way to Ohio there's plenty of 1p action to be had, and the great southern billiard tour is in town this weekend if you wanna play rotation games PM me if you need more info etc...Keep having fun and live it up

High Pockets in Memphis, TN does a lot for pool.

Just a few hours South on 55 and you're in New Orleans. Just sayin...

John,

A visit with JOEYA would be well-worth your time.

Stan Shuffett

I know guys but unfortunately I have ten boxes in OKC that need me. And I promised Evelyn that I would be going to the Midwest Tour stop in Olathe. Believe me I would have loved to turn that van south and hang out with Joey in the Big Easy. If I could take 3 games off Joey I'd probably be able to spot Louny.

:-)

As it is I will have to comforted with the soothing voice of Joey calling the match between Alex and Gentile. Thanks for getting me down the road Joey.

meeting you...

Hi John,

Very cool you are coming to Olathe. I'm looking forward to meeting you. Plenty of "practice games" for ya here :) :), although I dont play one pocket. Maybe 8,9, or 10 ball on a box or diamond box. Always real strong players come for this tourney....

What day will you be here?

Bob B.
