Poolcentre Ozebi and club 8 have a good solution: seperate a part of the room from the rest. Built some (thin) walls to seperate it from the room and add glass so the people can see the tables.
This ofcourse does cost an investment to build and costs space.

Inside the smoking room are comfortable chairs, and tables with stools. And even nice for a smoker: its so well ventilated that it doesnt smell like smoke real bad.
This is what all pool halls need, a place where smoker can go so that the rest of us don't have to suffer because of their bad habit.
Smokers kill us with their 2nd hand smoke, drunks kill us by driving with a buzz and don't get me started on what I think of drug users in public. My think is about Freedom. They should have the freedom to kill themselves if they want too, but don't bring me down with you!
