Does that service have any channels that regularly broadcast tournament action, particularly any of the asian tours?

I've had DISH for a year and a half. I have a sport package and what I've found is entirely on ESPN. Guess the answer is no.

Dish member for 10 years. ESPN, and sometimes Fox Sports.

Good question, wanted to know myself. Not about the regular networks that are on every service (ESPN, Fox Sports, etc.) but the international networks like all the Arabic and Filipino channels. Uverse here carries 3 Filipino channels alone.
 
I believe they detail their international offerings on their website. And Neil is right, you will need another dish, pointing the other direction (for most people, I suppose, all that longitude and latitude stuff).

Thanks gentleman. I see on their website that they do have filipino package. That, no doubt, should have regular showings. Does anyone know whether the Guiness Tour is broadcasted and, if so, where?
