John, I have sent you e-mails multiple times about the broken latch on my instroke case. It's been a few weeks, but I have gotten no reply. Can you please check your e-mail? This is the only other way I know of to reach you. Thanks for your time.

Well, he promised in these posts that he would fix them so I am confident that he will help you - but I am concerned that he is not responsing on this issue.

You guys know he doesn't own the company any longer, right? This is not to say he will not fix it, just that he is no longer the owner.

What is your email address? I usually respond to most emails within a day or so. Occassionally I will miss one but usually I catch the second one.

You can also email Sterling Gaming at info@sterlinggaming.com or simply go to the Instroke website at www.instroke.com and fill out a repair ticket and follow the instructions.

If this is you then I sent you an email on 2/20 and this is a copy of the email:

Nate,

Cue Case Repair does the repairs for a fee. Instroke sometimes does the repairs to Instrokes for free. My reccommendation would be to call or email to Sterling Gaming, who is the exclusive distributer for Instroke cases and ask them what to do. They will probably direct you to send the case in to us through Instroke's guarantee form at www.instroke.com. Call Matt at 877-283-7444 or email to matt@sterlinggaming.com or info@cuesight.com

Take care,

John Barton

Thats weird, I usually filter out all the spam in my inbox and save the important messages. I probably deleted it on accident, or I just never got it, I have received a few error messages in my inbox in the past few weeks. Either way it's not your fault, I appreciate your willingness to help.

Take care,

Nate
