Without further adieu, we're happy to announce that the 2008 PoolTees Wholesale Catalog ready for distribution. In addition to some cool new designs, we're now offering buyback terms that are sure to please :)

Here's an excerpt:
PoolTees 100%-Absolutely-Positively-Unequivocally-Make Some Money with No Risk-Guarantee
We understand youre concerned that after the initial customer buying spree, you may be left with some extra t-shirt inventory that sits for a while. Nobody wants that. The shirts are better off collecting dust in our warehouse than in your display case. That being said, we guarantee if you have extra inventory you do not wish to hold on to, we will purchase it back from you. No strings attached. No restocking fees. i.e. YOU CANT LOSE!!! Our only restriction is that you return them within 6 months in original condition. Not so bad, right?

That being said, please let me know if you're interested in having us mail you a catalog. Can't hurt to at least look. You can either PM me or send an email to info@pooltees.com. Please provide the contact name and mailing address of the establishment.

Thanks in advance!

Room Owner

As a room owner and a customer of yours , I would like to be able to buy say 6 shirts at a time instead of the 25 minimum order.
Much Better for me than the money back deal. JMOP

Perhaps down the road we can reconsider. We have found a market of establishments that carry enough merchandise to be willing purchase the 25 shirt minimum. The goal is really to provide YOU with enough of a selection of designs and shirt sizes to generate customer interest. And in turn, generate more sales/revenue for you in a shorter amount of time. Without a semi-wide selection, customers wont be able to find the design they want in the size they want.

But we will certainly take this constructive criticism into account and perhaps re-align our offering down the road. After all, it was the feedback we received on AZB about a buyback plan that lead us to unveil that new service offering.

Thanks!

So it's a new year and new budget cycle. If anyone is now able, and interested in stocking PoolTees apparel in their pro-shops, don't hesitate to PM me. Our following is rapidly growing. Don't be the last pool hall in your town to take advantage of this offering.

There's two main reason we haven't ordered shirts so far and we've been in contact a few times. First, I agree with Highrun...a 25 item minimum is kind of brutal. Especially in a year when many pool rooms are struggling to pay the rent!

Second, as a room owner, I would think it would be rough to buy 25 shirts at wholesale price and then have to compete with $8 a shirt individually on eBay. It seems like you're undercutting your dealers.

Just my two cents.

We certainly understand your concern and I'll be more than happy to address both points.

First, we believe it is in your best interests to be able to offer your customers a decent variety of designs, sizes, and shirt styles to choose from. Everyone has their own individual tastes. Therefore if you can offer, for discussions sake, as little as 4 different mens designs, in 4 different sizes, that's 16 shirts right there. Plus it would be wise to carry some womens too to reach an even broader audience (which means more income/profit for you!!!). So lets say you only order 3 womens designs, in 4 size variations (remember women are more precise with their sizes) that's another 12 shirts. So now you have a somewhat substantial selection to choose from and your customers will more likely than not, find something they like either for themselves or as a gift for their boyfriend or girlfriend. Especially around the gift giving holidays (i.e. Valentines Day, which is right around the corner).

PLUS - wait, it gets better. Now that we offer a buyback policy, even if you sell 15 shirts right away, and you are worried you'll be sitting on the remaining shirts for sometime now that your selection is more thin, you're more than welcome (if not strongly encouraged) to send them back to us, either for a credit towards your next order, or to get reimbursed. It does nobody any good to have a retailer sitting on product that doesn't move.

To sum things up, you risk is substantially limited thanks to the buyback policy, and your customer offerings (which means sales for you) is substantially increased.

Now to address your concerns with our ebay store. I want to make it perfectly clear that NOTHING offered in the ebay store is for sale via our wholesale catalog. We use the ebay store for the purpose of unloading extra inventory of discontinued or plus size items. Neither of which are offered in our wholesale program. AND, we will be increasing the prices in our ebay store, probably within the next week. The resultant total cost of the products, plus shipping costs will be equivalent, if not more, than the suggested resale price of $18 that we mention in our wholesale catalog.

I hope this clears up any confusion. Please understand that your best interests are in our best interests. We do everything we can to help you feel comfortable with your decision to partner with PoolTees and we are confident that you will be very pleased with the turnover of PoolTees apparel in your display case or pro-shop compared to all the other items you stock. All we ask is that you have faith in the product, and give it a chance. If it doesnt work out, thanks to the buyback policy, you are more than welcome to return the items and receive a full refund.

Hope this helps!
