Wow - mean-spirited group. I really think what JMB was saying is that it might be a bit much to be posting a picture with those type of accuasations. They are that until proven. Remember that girl that took the bowling money was never convicted of anything.

That post could certainly be perfect evidence of a defamatory/slander lawsuit.

What could stop anyone that was underhanded from posting anyone's picture and saying slanderous things.

We happen to know that it is from a reputable person this time but is certainly NOT a trend I would like to see continued. NO PICTURE.

Sure, tell us the circumstances, tell us his name, tell us who to get in contact with if we run across him. Don't tell us he's wanted for crime unless the police are actively pursuing this person. Be pissed about what happened but don't put yourself at risk and slamming people that in this case are actually right in what they say. Even on the news they say the "accused" perp.

First of all, to prove slander you have to prove that the person making the statement didn't believe it was true at the time it was made.

Secondly, I understand what you are saying in a way, somebody could just be looking to track down someone they have a beef with to get paybacks.


However, I've been on this website long enough to know that Eydie has a spotless reputation and is doing this for all the right reasons. She is trying to put a crook out of business.
