I have found my stash of cases and will post pics today! I won't promise what is available yet because some have already sent pm's requesting them. Gotta be stand-up and sell first come first serve as promised. What is not sold will be listed this afternoon

Sorry for the delay Sean. I sold some collectables and recharged the paypal account. I added 5% to offset the fee if any. Thus I sent $15 for the caps, $5 for the delivery and $1 for the trouble. I appreciate your offering the item.

Ok its obvious you found a second case as you stated it was sold to tksix, so whats the deal, you posted it was mine if you found a 2nd one, but yet you sale to tksix who clearly posted after me. Also whats the deal with trying to short change me on the joint protectors you were suppose to pay for a week ago.

I have 3 displays. One is yours as promised. Shorting you on the JP's was a 5$ mistake in addition on my part. The 2 piece JP's were 15 and the 3 piece were 20. I thought all sets were 15. Given that you expressed an interest in buying some of my items, I thought we could make an adjustment on what you owed, rather than my sending another paypal. It looks to me as though you have assumed I am putting someone ahead of you. This is not the case. You will have everything I have promised you and despite an honest mistake, all will be made to be right.

I commend you on the way you handled that post. A lot of people would have done it differently. :)

P.S. I notice most of the balls are sold. Is that all you have or do you plan on posting more? And are you going to be posting other stuff?

Wrong again post clearly states Clearing inventory you pick $20 any set plus shipping
 no sets were ever $15, so where you are getting $15 from is beyond me. Ummm if you thought we could make an adjustment on what I owed you then why not send a PM, I mean I have only been sending you PM's since the 23rd when you updated the Cue Ball Display Case Post stating that Smokey and tksix got the cases, I only posted to the forum because you were not replying to the PM's. I didn't assume anything its all there in black and white none of those post say there are 3 cases none of those post say 21Gambler will be getting a case and ball set until after I posted on the forum and sent several more PM's that were never replied to. So you trying to spin this as you made an honest mistake is rather funny, if you have a warped sense of humor that is.

21gambler I will resolve this any way that suites you. I have worked yesterday and today and I have over 60 PM's pertaining to sold items in my box. It fills up fast! I am not dodging your messages or spinning things to excuse my error(s) with your joint protectors. This is a public forum and I want to resolve this straight up right here and now.

Can I send you $25 for the protectors in a paypal today or do you prefer to sell them elsewhere?

It is just that simple. Whatever I have agreed to sell you can ship out Saturday before noon if you reply tonight. It takes two to create a misunderstanding...I am guilty of making 2 mistakes about what I owe you and I have left you no recourse by not answering your letters on my work days and then allowing my box to fill. I want to make it right...I will make it right. No hard feelings no matter what. For my failings here, I appologize.
