I really do love this forum. It is such a nice place.

Unfortunately I am 250 miles from home taking care of my mom. Hope every one is doing well.

I know this is sort of npr so I will mention that I am in one pocket land for now.:D :cool:

I currently get tips in op land. When I return to dc, my instructor is a good op instructor.

As far as guninger on one pocket, I have always liked the game. And can you imagine Larry, what this will do for my banks and kicks?

I believe playing all games (nineball, eightball, straights, one pocket, 3 cushion, etc.) makes you a better player. Keep mixing them up and don't get hung up on one particular game especially if you like to gamble.

I played one pocket today

When I went to the ph where they play op, someone offered to play op with me.We played two games in about an hour. I thought it was really fun and thanked him for playing with me.

I agree with you. I got stuck playing 9 ball a couple of different times and got back even changing the game to op. Not many people play op that good and they don't realize it until they play someone who knows the game and most of the moves that go with it.

Maybe we should get all the AZers together at a Y and have a smoker like we used to have in the Navy. If we did that once a year, I'll bet we'd have a little more respect on this board! Some people just say the damndest things just because they're hiding behind their pc!
