Although it might not be the best time with the current economy, does anyone else feel that AZ Billiards would make a great magazine or publication that would sell well to the pool community? I just see so many intelligent and knowledgable posters on here that I think it would be great to have that information organized into a well structured perodical. Articles could be done on mechanics by some of the instructors on here, road stories from some of the more seasoned players and tournament info thats listed in the Tournament section. The possibilities are limitless, but like with anything, it would just depend on if there is a viable market for the product. Anyone have any thoughts or opinions on the subject?
 
r u kidding? since getting on az i cant even find time to read my billards digest anymore.

good idea in theory but why wait a month for updates when we're already online anyways :)

And I considered this, the idea that the information can just be posted on here. But at the sametime, alot of topics are lost within the threads. Sometimes valuable information gets put into a long thread that has a different theme and many dont get to see it. My thought was that some might like the information in a more organized setting, rather than the forum, especially the instructional or mechanical aspects of the sport.
