The blog feature is great! I have been meaning to try my hand at a blog for a few years but despaired of reaching the heights of some great ones I have read. After reading some lesser ones though I think my writing might be entertaining for almost everyone and even profitable for some.

More to come as I have time and inclination! I'll have to see if I can add pictures like the great blog of OMGWTF, don't expect any recipes although I might sneak in a great one just for variety now and then when I think about it. I'm not into haute cuisine but some of the cajun cooking from the bayou is second to none.
