Bad Blood. SVB and Dennis

At the US Open last month, Shane was breaking down 10-9 on the one loss side against Cory. Shane was looking at the table after he broke when he got down on the shot he moved the nine ball, called foul on himself, Cory ran out game over.

If you have ball in hand, you may use the CB to see if a space is large enough, etc..

If you touch any ball while doing this, it becomes a foul.

Any other time, you may not use any ball or implement to measure at the table..That includes laying your cue down and taking your hand off it.
