Hal Daaang! Gold Member Silver Member Jul 25, 2007 #1 I'm sure someone has mentioned this but I did a quick search and didn't find anything. I watched Earl vs. a Taiwanese(?) player today on FSS. The guy kicks 2 rails and makes a good hit. The ref immediately called it a foul. It looked good to me.

The ref is the one who calls the fouls...I know how you feel though during a carolina duke basketball game....=)
