bad deal- should i put this person on blast??

Yet again i have not gotten a email or text about recieving money or my cue with two shafts back from this guy....smh...i guess karma will come back around to him.

My issue with barboxer....

Below is what happened once I paid Brian for the custom break jump cue he was supposed to convert for me from an old Valley house cue...

1. He said he would have it done in two week and I paid the majority of the price.
2. He said that Cue Components was out of PurepleHeart shafts (NOT TRUE)
3. NO REPLY
4. NO REPLY
5. Said he would send pics (DID NOT)
6. NO REPLY
7. Said he was just about done (WAS NOT, OBVIOUSLY)
8. Said he would ship it MONDAY JUNE 2nd (NO TRACKING NOTHING DELIVERED)
9. NO REPLY
10. NO REPLY

TODAY I SENT HIM THIS MESSAGE....

WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY BREAK JUMP CUE????????

EVERY time I have spoken to you since we talked on the phone about the break/jump cue, you have given nothing but false promises..... ZERO have been fulfilled...

You have two options at this point...

1. Produce a break jump cue that was discussed and SHIP it with tracking.

2. Receive a horrible iTrader rating and refund me the money that you received MONTHS ago.

Come on man, we talked about two weeks and here we are on MONTHS later, like 3 or more....

PLEASE RESPOND WITH WHAT YOUR DECISION IS...

Oh I got the cue today. It's probably one of the worst things I've ever seen out together as a "custom sneaky Pete" not to mention a break jump.

Below was my response after he asks me if I received it.

I did. I've had family over for Father's Day. What happened to the plan we had on building it? This thing is pretty much not good at all to be honest and bring very polite.

1. It's WAY to fat in the butt end and horribly tapered.
2. The cue isn't finished whatsoever which we said tung oil or standard finish whichever was easier and it feels so rough I could get a splinter.
3. The shaft is not a straight taper and too thin per our discussion. It's pretty much a pro taper for a break/jump.
4. The shaft was supposed to be Purpleheart for which you stated you were waiting for on back order or something from cue components (I know they had them btw, they are not far from me locally).
5. The joints were supposed to be black and their white at the shaft/jump handle. However the jump handle and butt are black joints. The butt cap is black but very rough and not even close to finished.
6. It was supposed to have no tip and it has some weird phenolic looking tip/ferrule combo that I can't just change.
7. I can't even get the shaft on it without extreme muscle.
8. When I try it makes horrible squeaking while trying. I actually tried once but stopped because I thought it was going to wake up my sleeping daughter during her nap.
9. The jump handle has a bad roll in it.
10. The shaft is very warped.

All in all, this has been a horrible waste of time. I'm really sorry I thought I would give this idea a shot. I'd be embarrassed to even leave the house with it.

Pics coming.

Sounds like he took the cue BB sent back and turned it into a break jump. I would like to see pics to confirm this.

Brent Hartman? I am sorry to hear of this. I have purchased several of his cues and NEVER had a single problem.

Not Brent Hartman. Brent's a GREAT GUY!

It's some guy named Brian of BHC Custom Cues.

Well there's got to be a better way to not allow these people to have another alias(s). I understand anyone can sign up with a different email address but there's got to be another way. Even Facebook won't let you make multiple accounts any longer (well at least not easily).

well it seems this person will never do the right thing by returning the cue or sending the money...what a shame that good people on AZ get screwed.
