Any one have any info and experience with the Baironi cues and shafts?

A tuned and corked A++ shaft could run $550, wowser!

I do find the butts interesting in that they are not tapered and have a "swell at the end.

Their ferrules are really different.

cues

He use to post here on AZB
I guess he really is extremely selective about the shafts he uses .
He is pretty proud of his shafts and doesn't deal well with certain remarks .
There was a thread done here in the main forum ,think he got in a pissing contest with someone in here and he hasn't posted in here sense .

Last I heard his shafts were going for 600.00 each .
I have also heard he is a hell of a cue maker .

I have never tried one of his cues.

I did like when he cut a predator shaft in half to see what was in it .
LOL the shaft was filled with silicone ,,,

I believe Baironi shafts are not laminated but he bores the front end of the shaft to make it LD ..

It was an OB shaft. Predator does not put silicone in their shafts

Someone I know has one, or had one at least. Played with it for a few racks, did not like it much. Maybe it takes more getting used to than the time I spent with it though. Felt like I was playing with a sawn off baseball bat.
