what year did george start makeing cues ? i think the fiftys not sure.
did he start out makeing 57 inch cues ? or only make 57.5 ?
what about the famous bushka rings did he use them on all his cues ?
what site would have his cues i could look at?

late 50's to mid 70's every cue was different. there are only a few sites you can search here... up top is "search"

as far as size 57 is about right for the era. some were even 56 to 58

not all are real but you have to sort thru. im sure you can figure it out

George made a few cues for friends as Christmas presents in 1959.

57 1/2 was his standard length - you coul get other lengths,
57 was the 'industry' standard <Hoppe, Rambo>in those days.

Bushka rings were rare, extremely rare, IIUC.

As so many others - he started by using Titlst as blanks - 'till the quality
declined. He also would only use straight grained maple in the forearm.
