There are a few commercial machines.... ya got ± 800 bucks?
Try searching the topic... there have been several threads about ball cleaning.
Additionally, YouTube has videos on how to construct a light duty ball cleaner for short money. I'm a believer, this bucket and a buffer approach works very well.
Lastly..... the rules state>>> no wax! just clean them and leave nothing behind.

Until I spring for a Diamond machine I will continue to spray them with Brillianize or Plexus (both plastic cleaners) and wipe by hand with a microfiber cloth. It only takes a couple of minutes to do a set this way. I clean the set when ever I'm done playing and and putting them away so they are always clean when I go to use them.
On occasion (every couple of months) I break out the Aramith polish and polish the set while watching TV, again with a microfiber towel. Takes about 20 minutes or so.
