Ball leaning in Pocket?!? (BCA)

I had a question about what is considered a pocketed ball. I know any ball that comes to rest on the bed of the table is not considered pocketed, but what if it was leaning against a ball in a pocket? That is, if the ball wasn't there, it would fall into the pocket, but it is still on the bed of the table, just leaning against the pocketed ball. Someone said in an earlier thread that if the cue ball comes in contact with a pocketed ball, it is considered pocketed so my situtation only applies to object balls.

If the ball is prevented from falling into the pocket by another ball, it is considered pocketed. Here is the wording of the proposed new WPA rules:

A ball is pocketed if it comes to rest in a pocket below the playing surface or enters the ball return system. A ball near the brink of a pocket partly supported by another ball is considered pocketed if removal of the supporting ball would cause the ball to fall into the pocket.

Hey Bob, one time the BCA rules agree with Jay's Rules of Pool. Will miracles never cease.
