ball rack and old pool balls

i have these old pool/billiards items i purchased today. some old snooker balls, regular pool balls, wood score keepers, a bunch of blue elkmaster tips, some assorted ferruls, and older tip repair tools,4 cue balls(not sure if ivory or not) and a wall mount rack to put your balls in. this is very old. they mounted a door on it too, has painted numbers inside each row, not sure of the wood but still in very good shape. not sure of the value of this stuff but very open to offers...i had this in the main forum to get an idea of value but all the pm's i recieved were wanting to buy so i figured its now for sale.. sold

What is the asking price, does it include shipping, and are you selling the whole lot, or each item individually? Need more info.

The balls with the close up pic are not ivory. I can't see the others quite well enough, but it doesn't look like they are either.
