Ball Return

The only Ball return system I think that will work is one from Imperial products or most import tables, they both have a similiar profile on the frame pocket area. The problem I think you are going to have is the ball box for the returns to drop the balls.
A good start would be to look at www.classicbilliards.net he has a few ball boxes for that era but no tracks. www.poolndarts.com has a generic system but I have never tried it.
All the Sportkings I have seen have always been drop pocket tables.The only true option to really keep it original is maybe modifing the frame for the old tube Brunswick tube style return, you will see them T classicbilliards website.
The cheapest option I can think of is import tracks and maybe Gold Crown style ball box with some new support it might work.
Time, skill and a fat wallet will make it work.
