Anybody where to get an affordable greaser for THK ballscrews ( via the inlet ) ?
thnx

I would think a standard grease gun would fit them, but although I have a few of those slide blocks, I haven't tried to see if a regular grease gun fits those grease fittings, as mentioned they are readily available though, and the auto parts places should have them. I took Mine apart and manually packed them with grease, but mine were used and needed cleaned anyhow.

Joey, What you really need is like what they have on the machinery for Ali doors and windows, they have modified all the machines at my work to have oil feed compressed air in all the ball screws and linear slides. They are just loner slides to what you have.
It stops the ali dust and swarf from getting in and destroying the assemblies.
Flexable line is used, they also made a boot from hosing , directing the air flow oil etc downwards so as not to have any oil drops get onto the product.
The supply pressure is about 30 psi , I am not sure of the total flow, but not very high.
An inline oiler like what is used similar to that used for air tools.
Originally the machines were greased 3 x a day, but the greas would drip down onto the parts and it did not stop the fine stuff from getting through the seals.
