Where I live we have 29 tables in our Community Pool Room, an assortment of House Cues. I they get damaged, broken, Tip knocked off.........They seldom, or never get turn into DESK for repair. People just return to Rack, leave on Wall, or Table. Like nothing happened, it just what people do.

Bangers, Recreational Players & League Player keeps most Pool Rooms & Pool Bars open for the people who think they are great players to have place to gamble, hustle, or BULLSH** to their friend about hustling way through College, or Medical School. Most are just legends in their own minds.

I know a guy that used to break a house cue once a year. He would just take it up to the bar and hand them some cash if he had it or tell them he would pay them next paycheck. They threatened to ban him the first time , but when he offered to pay for it they let it go.
