The BCAPL has bank pool rules covered in their rule book. Don't know for sure but I'm guessing these are the rules used at the DCC:

It's getting a little warm. Supposed to be 105 today, and of course our air conditioner broke today. We have a service guy on his way.

At onepocket.org there is a section on bank pool. That site hosts the Bank Pool Hall of Fame, and some of it's members post there, so it's a good place to ask questions. Also, Freddy the Beard Bentivegna has some good books and DVDs on banking. Here are some links:
