2 balls are spotted and frozen. Cue ball is close to the side rail, even with the 2 frozen balls. Player calls the 2nd ball 1 rail bank in the corner pocket, hitting both balls and making the called ball in the corner....

What is the call....? Foul or good shot...???????

Almost certainly hit the called ball first. The best way to tell which was first on a shot like this is the direction the cue ball went. It goes away from the ball it hit first.
