Pretty amazing Luat got a bye in rounds 1 and 2. Now gets a bye to the finals.

I've known John for over 30 years and he is a real class act. I hope he wins it all.

Any updates out there?

Sorry, dinner obligation but I'm back. It's 2-2 in score between Luat and Brumback. Just started 5th game with Brumback with 1 bank.

Brumback up 2 banks to 0 and exchanging safeties. Luat left a window and brumback picks up 2 more banks. 4-0

4-1 Beumback and going for the march bank but no cigar..Luat feels the hear and misses a simple bank. Brumback doesn't miss this time and wins the set 3-2. Back in 15 after Luat re-buys.

Thanks Sunny Day -- I am coping and pasting on the TAR Stream under the heading - "Sunny Day Reports:"

I just got PMed from TheCoats in the TAR Stream. He said he is watching
live and will be posting there instantly. Thanks for keeping everyone not on PPV posted. I guess I will have an easier night -- I'll just watch and drink a few beers :)

Sorry, had to run some errons. Start of second set, and of course Luat bout back, silly Rossaroni:)

Score is 4-1 banks Brumback.

Brumback banks 5 ball, which was a spectacular shot, the whole room clapped and cheered for him.

Second set 1-0 Brumback.

Brumback sinks 2 balls on the break so he has the chance to open up with some banks to keep pressure on Luat. Brumback is wearing a very heavy sweater, and has his sleeves rolled to his biceps. I bet it is steaming under those TV table lights.

Brumback failed to take advantage of his break and Luat is back on the table and when 2 balls spotted back up, there is a nasty cluster of 4 balls by the spot.

Mr. Brumback, when he has to is not afraid to bank with left hand, who is usually a righty... He missed the ball left handed and Luat sinks 1 more bank.

4-0 Luat on Game 2.

Luat needs 1 and Brumback needs 5.

Brumback was able to bank one but second bank requires a bridge and looses his turn at the table. Luat crosses 5th bank.

1-1
