Just got my copies of Volume I and Volume II of The Beards new dvd series, Banks That Don't Go, But Do, and I can say that I have definitely learned a few things that will improve my banking. I prefer to play one pocket, and have been trying to work on my banks, but it didn't seem to be getting any better, just streaky. I also have both Gospool and Banking with the Beard, and the video helped in understanding some of the things I had already read. I now feel like I have a direction to work in and some nifty little banks that when learned will definitely surprise anyone who hasn't seen the videos.

Thanks again Freddy and Bank On!

Since I was mainly an 8-ball player when I could still shoot a little, there were only 3 or 4 shots in the BANKS THAT DON'T GO? BUT DO! collection that I knew were playable (didn't know the method though). Unlike one pocket and bank pool players, when a ball was hanging in the pocket that's where I put it. The thought of shooting one of Freddy's top secret banks never came into my mind and wouldn't be worth much in straight in pool. In one pocket or bank pool, it's a different story. These are game busting shots that will shock the uninformed into submission.

Since working with Freddy on the DVDs I've learned a lot of his shots and despite being an old fart well past his prime I can actually make some of these game busting moves a good percentage of the time. For one pocket I can at least put the ball on my side of the table almost every time with a few makes thrown in.

Since these shots are now available to the world, future bankers and one pocket players will have to have these shots in their repretoire to compete at high speed one pocket and bank pool.

Go to http://www.8-ballbible.com/bankdvd.html to see sample clips.

Note: these are 6MB clips and take more than a minute to load on some browsers.

Thanks, just bought the set.

Thanks I just purchase the set, I thought they were 40+ for each DVD, 50 for the both of them is hard to beat.
