Is Mike kicking in for the room this year? I haven't heard either way.

D,
So far there are no room "sponsors", but we will certainly welcome proposals from interested parties.

Sorry, I just took it that way since the banner in the post said "brought to you by AZBilliards and OnePocket.org".

I guess it should be "brought to you by the members of AZBilliards and OnePocket.org".

I do agree that Diamond should be considered a sponsor since he allows the room to be used and supplies the table. Greg does a lot to give back to the game.

KD,
The room is definitely a member's project and has never been subsidized by AZB or onepocket.org (though Steve Booth has been VERY supportive, and has participated to a significant extent in the activities of the room, and both he and Mike may have also contributed to the raffle for fund-raising last year...I didn't run that raffle so I'm not sure of contributors).

We use the AZB and onepocket.org names to recognize our common interest and meeting places; and to help recognize and support those websites that we enjoy so much.

Greg Sullivan has rented the tables to us; but has shouldered the room rental HIMSELF. I guess he is as close to a sponsor as we have.
