barringer dvd series

Yes, I have seen the DVD that Barringer offers on cuemaking . . . they are a bit wordy and I could do without his constantly smoking BUT the information being presented is honest and to the point . . . the many questions that newer cuemakers have do get answered. Overall the DVD's are well worth the $$.

Anybody seen them or have any comments?

They have changed many of my ideas on how a cue is constucted. I would suggest viewing many times as you will learn additonal info. every time. If you are a new cue maker than this would be the way to go. The amount you pay for the dvd set will be saved on scrap wood and bad equipment. By the way Joe is an easy person to contact if you have any questions as long as it wasn't covered in the dvds he will answer.

cue components dvds

I also bought them,Joe makes it look easy, lots of info, the veneer video shows you 2 different ways of doing it.the second way was by far the best, well worth the money,Joe standing on the cue was priceless.like i said before,if you cant build a cue after watching the videos,go back to work at Mc Donalds....
