FWIW the BCA Pool League National 9-ball event has about 800 entries in all the events. Plus some more will sign up at the site. Last year total entries was around 540. This is about a 45% increase. (Our leagues are experiencing about a 35% increase, too!!)
There are over 165 in singles and 66 teams. Banks has labout 1 or 2 spots left. The one pocket only has 41 entries, but last year a bunch signed up on site. Last year I think the 1 pocket ended up with 59 entries. The California contingency has not signed up so I assume they will show up. Some will probably be shut out. This event is limited to 64 players.
The 10 ball singles has 90 entries and the NEW 10 ball ring game tournment (Double elim) has 36 so far. I think the 10 ball will get a lot more interest from those on site players.
