Anyone else having trouble listening to the commentary?? Seems the audio at the tables is on and the commentary is drowned out???

the audio is terrible you can hear the table noise clear as can be. I cant even hear the score. 8-8 i guess

Although I think it isn't the best thing I've ever seen (pool), I've been spoilled with Accu-Stats for years (club member with around 200 tapes and DVDs).
I do think they could do a better job, and I'm not impressed with it, but for $20 what do you want...
With any luck and skill they will get it together for the future. And I'm sticking to my guns here and saying that some of the stuff on you tube is far better quality...

I don't think it is the amount of money. We would pay more, but the fact is that they have produced a better show in the past. Customer service in the past was also better.
Last night was bad, a stationary camera to start with, an open mic on the floor and Double D talking to a closed mic, couldn't make out a word he said. We sent three email and heard nothing back and the problem continued forever and then all of a sudden the camera is working and 6 games later you can hear what they are saying, still an open mic picking up balls thoughout the tourney.
The night before when the sound was horrible we sent an email the problem was dealt with and an email was sent back to us.
We have watched since their first broadcast and have lived with all of their growing issues, and it has been fine. But this week is just crappy.
I hope it gets better, the price is not the issue, cheap, expensive it's the quality of the program they put out for the amount charged.
