My opinion it would be fair if u change to 46spots style for the mega-ball (yellow ball). The first ball always come out less than 30 thats why the spots above 30 will be hardly to filled up. However its just a suggestion. Good luck with your raffle.

I apreciate the opinion, but I am doing 56 spots to keep the money down. The lotto drawing is completely random so any number may be drawn even the numbers above 30. Anyone can win that is what makes it fun.
