WTF....this tournament is even tougher than world pool tournament.

I just can not believe that 4 candidates champion is in the same group.

Remarkable comeback by Alcano. He was down at least 5 to 6 points in a race to 11 alternate break format but he eventually won over Lo Li Wen 11 to 10 !!!

Mika Immonen has been eliminated by Ching Shun Yang with a score of 11 to 7.

Wu is looking very strong and has home court advantage. However, he faces stiff competition from TPE and PHI players.

Who do you think will be in the final 8, 4, 2 and who will be the winner based on the match-ups above?
 
I would say my favourite four would be Wu, Alcaide, Hohmann and Alcano. But with this field left, anyone of them are capable of winning =)
 
I would love to see Efren snap this one. I am hoping he gets 'lucky' one more time.

I am gonna call this 5 Taiwan and 1 China. No offense China, but Wu is born and bred Taiwanese. You can force him to play for China in order to remove the restriction on his competition status but the fans and players still know where the guy is from so the "China" after his name is moot IMO.
