Updated entries again... only 17 spots left on the tourney list. Any entries received after the tourney is full will go on the waiting list. To be on the waiting list requires payment and is used to fill any tournament spots that become vacant.


For those on the list, please make sure to "check in" at the tournament desk to let us know you are present on the day of the tournament.

I'm sure you'll have it filled shortly. If I didn't have a birthday party for the mother in law, I'd be there.
Bump it up for an excellent tournament.

Now that's funny! Really, I only notice my own receding hairline.

I have no idea where he went to college. I did hear he did well in the ACUI tournament so I'm guessing he did go to college. I believe he mentioned he lives about 2 hours from Beloit so that is clearly not Texas.

What I can say for sure is that he plays well, is quiet and very polite.
 
Today is probably the last "safe" day if you are mailing an entry. I'm sure we'll have a few people who can't make the tourney who have paid so we will most assuredly be going down the waiting list.

We can always run a smaller event on the 9' tables for those who couldn't get entered in the main event.

WOW!!! :eek::eek: Your mother-in-law must be loaded, and you know for sure she's got you in her will...
 
She's just a nice woman, that keeps on plugging along at 79.
And I'm already payed for the 3 remaining tourneys that I want to play in. And I've donated a few times already this season so I can miss one.

I know, it's cool. Good luck on getting registered. Dave, Duane & Carlos ( in no particular order ) run a great tourney. Even if you don't get in for the 9 ball on the bar boxes they had quite afew overflow players last time for the 9 ball tourney on the 9 footers. With all the people that go, if it keeps getting bigger Dave will have to get a bigger building and make it weekly and call them the Beloit Pool Classic events. Or something like that. In other words if you can make it, GO !

More entries in the mail today & by FedEx. The list is updated. One spot left.

Any entries received beyond that 1 will go on the waiting list. I expect that a few spots in the tourney will be filled from the waiting list.

Due to these tourneys filling prior to the scheduled date, any thoughts on moving the calcutta up to 11 or 11'30 ? It might help wlth the length of time they go into the night .

Changing times has been discussed. The real problem is notificiation to all the players and spectators. We will be sticking to the times as posted this season. Next year, I'm confident you'll see a few time changes.
 
The last spot has been filled. Thanks for the great early response!!

I would expect a few people who are prepaid to not make the tourney for many varied reasons. The prepaid waiting list will be used to fill all unused spots. No tournament spots will be sold. First come, first served when it comes to the waiting list.

You can prepay for any of the remaining tournaments at any time. Still one more "no master" 8-ball on the January 23rd before we start the final events. You must have played in at least one "no master" event in order to play in the finals.


The final events will be open to 128 to try to accomodate everyone.
 
We've already used three names from the waiting list. Sounds like we could use one or two more already today. Get on that waiting list now if you think you might want to play!!
