This tourney usually fills the 96-player limit early. Pay your entry fee now!!

For those who like to wait the doors open at 10 am for free practice on the tournament tables and you can try to sign up or get on the waiting list. Anyone not present by the start of the calcutta may loose their spot to someone on the waiting list :eek:

Please, get there early and check in to let us know you are in the house :cool:
 
Turning into pool season finally with cold & wintry weather on the way. Not too bad yet but surely a good time to be inside ;)
 
Newsflash! Anyone going to the "no masters" tourney 11/13 at the Varsity Club in Oshkosh? Carlos plans on being there and will be accepting entries :thumbup:

No, not that I am aware of right now. Mail is still your best bet unless you find someone local from Beloit that you trust ;)

For those that haven't played at The Carom Room before this is a really nice "player-focused" room, and Duane and Dave run one of the smoothest tournies I've ever attended. Both the open and non-master events are some of the best around.
 
Great food and a full bar. The coffee is always fresh too :thumbup:

Even if you don't want to play you can still participate in the calcutta and sweat the action!!

Doors open at 10:00 am. Free practice on tournament tables until noon. Calcutta starts at noon. No practice on tournament tables during calcutta. First round called immediately after calcutta.

If you have pre-paid make sure to check-in so we know you are present. Any spots left are on first paid, first served basis. If the tournament is full you can still pay and get on the waiting list.

No more regular mail. Down to overnight to guarantee Friday delivery. You can always stop by the Carom Room and pay as well. Last minute shoppers may still have a chance on Saturday morning ;)
