Bender 10 Point Cue For Sale: Ebony, Cocobolo, And Tulipwood

Stunning Mike Bender 10 point cue for sale. Ebony forearm with 5 cocobolo points and cocobolo butt sleeve. Between the points are 5 smaller diamond shaped points made of tulipwood. Trade mark Bender ringwork throughout the cue. Shaft #1 has an ivory ferrule and measues around 12.8 in great condition with minimal blueing. Shaft #2 has a standard ferrule and measures right at 13 also in great condition. The collar on shaft#2 is minutely smaller around than the collar on the butt and shaft #1. Not easily noticeable but wanted to make known. If you are looking for an awesome playing cue from a highly respected cuemaker this is your chance. There is a good reason why he has a waiting list for his cues. Cue weighs in at @ 19.4 with either shaft. I would estimate the cue to be in about 95% condition.

Since you know Mike and his prices, elaborate and let us know what this cue would be worth new today. As a fellow dealer I know its annoying to hear I have something for sale and then not get a price. So many people are so fearful they will lose a dollar its atrocious...

I will give you a typical dealer / seller Valley Forge conversation, at least with me.

Seller: I have an xxxx for sale...

Me: How much?

Seller: Make me an offer...

Me: $ 1.00.. your turn

Seller: C'mon man.. a real offer...

Me: That was a real offer... your turn

Seller: $ 1500.00

Me: $1,200.00

Seller: $1350.00

Me: $1,000.00

Seller: But you said $1200 before...

Me: Yeah, well we're obviosuly still negotiating..

Could you imagine if every dealer and cuemaker put out booths and didn't have a single price tag?

Very cool.. I like the post.. This cue would be $1500 retail..Thats for a brand new cue with 13mm shafts and 2 Ivory ferruled shafts.. Also remember Mike has a 3 year wait. Now its up to you guys to decide what it is worth.
