Bender Cue Pictures Please

I am considering having Mike Bender build my next playing cue and I would love to see pictures of any Bender cues that anyone has or has pictures of. I have owned a couple of Bender cues in the past and regret selling them and I am thinking about purchasing a Bender cue in the near future. I might order a basic design like one I owned previously which had 10 ebony points in the forearm and solid ebony butt sleeve, but I am still deciding. I have attached a picture of that old cue, and I would change the design by adding a black lizard wrap. Anyway, I would really appreciate any Bender cue pictures that anyone can share.

Also, if anyone has a Bender cue for sale, I would be interested in pictures and details.

Thanks for the link to Erik's site, I have been looking at all the Bender cues he has in stock and that he has sold in the past. In fact if money didn't play a part in my decision, I think I would have already purchased that fancy Ebony and tulipwood bender that Erik has on his site now since I think it is just amazing.

Anyway, I know a number of AZB members have Bender cues and the name constantly comes up for best hitting and one of the best workmanship cues in the industry. I was really hoping to see some more examples of Bender cues other than what Erik Lee and IndyQ have on their websites. If some of you are willing to share pictures, but don't want them on publice display in the forum, you can PM me also.

That is an awesome cue and a great example of Bender's workmanship. In your message it sounds like you have a couple other Bender cues, I would love to see pictures of your other Bender cues as well. I am looking at having Bender build my next playing cue, and I would like to see as many different examples as possible. Thanks again for sharing your pictures. I am surprised that I haven't seen more pictures since so many people on the forum own Bender cues or are huge fans of Bender cues.

Come on guys, I would really appreciate any pictures of Bender cues that you can post or send me a PM if you don't want them posted in public. I am not looking to copy a design, I am just trying to get ideas and see what Bender has done in the past.

I would, but I can't. One will be ready in Aug. and the other in Nov. The one in Nov. I designed myself and it will have, 10 D-VS1 2mm. Russian cut Diamonds 10 2mm Alexandrites & 10 2mm Fine Brazilian Emeralds, with 5 ivory points, 14kt. gold veneers connecting at the bottom going into the next veneer, like a Gina cue, with the same in the butt. There's a lot more to the cue, but you & I will have to wait till Nov. ta see it tho. He does amazing work, perfect work. I took a 10x lope and looked over the whole cue that's in the photo, and could not find a flaw in the entire cue, simply awesome! GOOD LUCK!!

Did you order the cue through Roy? My Gem cue, I ordered through Roy, I finished the design work last week, and he sent it on to Bender. I can't wait. Mike has made cues with Gemstones, but you don't see a lot of photos of them, I don't know why. I hear he does excellent work setting the stones in the cue. I know of 1 and Ken owens it, also a beautiful cue. Are there anymore photos of Bender cues w/gemstones? I would like to see some close up photos of set stones in a cue done by Bender.

Yes, I ordered it from Roy, as I think he has a very reasonable fee for the years it will save me. Sorry I can't help you with gemstone Benders, since I'm not a fan of gems and other glittery stuff in cues. Call me crazy, but I'm ordering that cue as a playing cue, even though I've also ordered a spare plain butt for out-of-city tournaments.

Your not crazy, because I'll be playing with my Gem cue also. What's a cue if your not going to play with it?
