Bender Cues

Mike has made cues that LOOK like they have a brass pin, but it is another material, some type of titanium I think but I forget. It does look like brass but not quite. It is hard as any steel. Mike doesn't make junk. If it were brass the customer must have demanded it but I think it is more likely that the pin was a steel that looked like brass.

A friend has a cue with that big fat pin from Bender but instead of silver it is yellowish. Hope that helps. (BTW, his thread is unique and no one has it to my knowledge except him). Just in case you are trying to authenticate one of his cues. Look at the head of the pin it should have his name on it.
