Benefits of a Titanium Radial Pin??

I was wondering what the benefits might be of a titanium Radial pin over the steel version. Is is purely a weight issue? If so, how significant is it. I have not seen a weight specifications on either pin at this point.

If you had a cue that was forward balanced, would a titanium pin be something you would consider to rebalance the cue?

Also, is the steel version vastly heavier than a 3/8-10 steel joint pin?

Thanks

The ss version of radial pin is about 1.2 oz.
The titanium is around a third of that.

The titanium radial weighs .8 oz. The stainless weighs 1.4 oz. Choice is based on weight distribution. I have some stainless that are a different weight but they are made special and I pay extra to have them my way.
