Go to http://www.bertkinister.com/
Then in the blank area where there is nothing to click on, do the right click and from the menu choose Refresh. It came in perfectly for me.
Yes, I know... I'm an IT professional. ;)

I'm getting a "cannot find server" error no matter how many times I refresh the page. I've had this problem with other websites before so I think there's just a problem with DNS at my office. I'll try again when I get home. :)

No problem... you're right that you never know. ;)

I was hoping that his website would have more information about the videos. Do you know if it has any preview clips, or where I could find some?

If I may share a quick anecdote...

One of the shots in "Berts 10 Best Hustles" involves setting up three object balls in specific places and trying to kick three rails without hitting any of the three blocking balls. The shot is a three rail kick with a well controlled drag shot (draw english, absolutely no sidespin, and how much draw you apply to the cueball is critical... Too much and you hit a ball, too little and you hit another blocking ball, etc.) I showed the shot to a friend and we tried it a few times with success.

Only a week later, I'm playing in the finals of a 9-ball tournament and my opponent hooks me bad. Object balls blocking every obvious one, two, three, four or five rail kicking route. I study the shot for awhile and chuckle to myself when I realise that he did leave me one and only one path... The exact path the cue ball would take if I shot the hustle shot described above. I had to jack up to shoot the shot (I was glued to the rail and needed draw english), but it worked perfectly. Since it was still early in the game (he hooked me on the 2 ball) there were even more than tree blocking balls but all were just outside the intended cueball path. My opponent was very surprised I hit the ball. (I ended up winning the final in a hill-hill battle)

This probably belongs in a thread I saw months ago "Has anyone ever actually used a trickshot in a tournament?"". Made me smile. Thanks, Bert :)
