Best 9-ball Player in the last 25 years?

iI wish I could have seen him play at his best, from what I have been told when all the champions were playing there best 9 ball Buddy was THE MAN!!

I saw him and met him a few times back in the early eighties. He would come to this bar in Benton Illinois and stay the weekend each time. He would be there for most of the day and night and play people every now and then, but mostly he was there to just relax and sit around and talk and drink with friends. The guy that owned the bar was a good friend of his.

If you didn't know who he was, you would just think he was one of the good old boys. And that was what this bar was, a good old boy hangout.
