Best adhesive for phenolic tips?

I've heard different opinions on what adhesive works best when installing a phenolic tip. I normally use Duro Quick Gel for all tips but I was told that a phenolic tip would pop off unless epoxy is used as the adhesive, so I'm respectfully requesting the advice of the fine cuemakers here as to what works best.

Loctite 454
 
I just installed a phenolic tip on my break cue about 1 week ago. I used 5 min. epoxy. so far so good. :)

I like epoxy.
454 is a close second.

Check your PM's. I have something to send you.
 
Lord Cement is better than all above. But you have to leave it under pressure over night. It also costs $20 for a can. If you want some I bought several cans, because my phenolic tip customers were not having great success with other glues. I heard about the glue from part owner of Bunjee cues, Steve Lomax.

I have never had a tip come off with Loctite 454 so how can the stuff you sell be "better than all above" expecially when with Loctite 454 you can play with it immediately? :confused:
