Maybe Keith Josey cues can be put into the list. Or custom guy out of the country. Check Canada custom guys. You paying in Canadian with US dollars like ZAC custom cues or a new maker like Prevail custom cues. You can get for 1000 US a cue that is of 1,300 value Canadian.

I totally forgot to mention Troy Downey at Muellers Pool and Darts. He made this one for me under $1,000 with 2 shafts. This cue is perfect. MH Opinion.

I like Tom Coker cues out of Sacramento, Ca....Have had several cues made by him and finished in 2-3 months.....Very good hitting cues and does good work on points and inlaid's....Very under rated cue maker in my opinion...
