Best Billiard Publication?

I am interested in subscribing in a billiard publication VIA Mail, NOT email. Any suggestions?

Billiards Digest is my favorite pool magazine. I have been subscribing to it for over 11 years and have every single issue I ever received.

Billiards Digest since the second issue. A couple of years later Jim Rempe gave me a copy of Vol 1 No 1. I lack very few from lapsed subscriptions and when the local Barnes and Nobel quit carrying it.

I haven't gotten a renewal notice as yet, but if I do and they want $115 for three years, I guess I won't be subscribing to any more pool publications.

I let my subscription to Inside Pool lapse after I got the issue a few months ago that was something like 47 pages (took me about 10 minutes to read the entire rag ).

Getting back to the OP's question: I too am a big fan of Billiards Digest magazine.

Yeah, I received my re-renewal was $48.00 for 1 year. I thought it went up too. Still that's 4 bucks an issue so...eh, not so bad. 3 years....$3.20 an issue. Still worth it.

Yes, that is quite an increase. If you are looking for billiard news, the increase is not worth it because you can find it on the internet (quicker also). The Billiards Digest is so much more. The history, science, and instructional essays by our industry's respected experts are valuable and timeless. The Billiards Digest is a very special periodical, graphically and literally. I think it is a bargain. Subscribe!
