Best Book for Mental Game?

shooting from within

I found an old book I own, "shooting from within" by J Michael Plaxco to answer a question someone else had. Plaxco borrowed knowledge from other sports, martial arts, wherever he found it, so in some ways his book is like a compilation of knowledge. He is a many times champion shooter(guns) and I have never read anyone else that had a better handle on the mental game. He also has a very good understanding on the details of physical competition, much of which translates very well to pool in my opinion. This was the "breakthrough" book for me. As I said in my first post though, each person has to be reading the right book at the right time for them or they may find it of little value.
