Best cue case interior (inside) design

I've had an original Instroke since about a year after they were launched.
Still have it and use it almost every day.
There is exactly nothing that has gone wrong with this case.
No stitches have come loose, latches and zippers still function exactly like
they did the day I got it, and the interior is perfect.
I can't say which one is "the best" but I can tell you that after decades of
using my 3x5 Instroke almost every day!! and there's still nothing wrong with
it, logic says it's gotta be super good quality.

I find it hard to believe there are still other cases on the market after JB came out with the 'rugged' and 'ultimate rugged',,,oh well, good luck !!!

Instroke are great cases.....sturdy and well made.......I own 4 leather Instroke cases.
Sadly, I don't use them any longer since I had a 6x12 case made a couple of years ago.
Nonetheless, I think Instroke cases have top quality and will last a lifetime.....a great buy.

For the third case style, what kind of material do case makers use to line those tubes? I have a case with very thinly lined tubes and am thinking to add another layer of protection to them.

You can use whatever you like, so long as its not abrasive on the cue. I prefer upholstery grade velvet. You could even go with a microfiber.

Thank you Chuck, I think microfiber would definitely make a really nice lining.
