Best epoxy for assembly

Or NOT using an epoxy at all on a ferrule will guarantee you a clean application and look. You can't slip fit your ferrules tho. You have to actually do a little bit of work on them. ;)
You also need two clean, flat faces to ensure a "no ring" look.

Shrink wrap ferrule? 😂

Joey - WTF, do you have anything positive to add to this t(or any) thread? Most of us are just trying to learn and share experience for a common goal. You are an embarrassment. STFU if you thing your Sh*t doesn't stink.

Dude...Really???? who are you? What have you contributed to this forum or the world of cue building/repair? Joey has done quite a bit to move the craft forward.....maybe do some research before being a dick to senior members.....just saying......show us your own work before you criticize others. You have so far stuck your middle finger at 2 of the best guys on here and by your own words....are a 'new guy' Sometimes closing mouth and opening ears works better when trying to learn......

Just sick of the bullshit, better to just ignore it.
You need to get some thicker skin if you're going to hang out around here! 🤓 It's been mild for the last couple years. 😉

Just add some TB red or blue and you're good to go. The only thing the glue is doing is keeping it from ever unthreading. The holding power is in the mechanical bond.

Never tried wood glue for ferrule work, but on threaded ferrules, I'm sure it's more than adequate. Modern wood glues are really strong.

You say TB red or blue. Are you referring to Threadlocker red or blue, like you use on metal parts, or is the TB something different? Nice looking work on those threads by the way. I'm looking to learn how to make better looking ferrule installs, i.e. no glue line. This post helps a lot.

Thanks
