Best facebook groups to join to hear about open 9' table tournaments

I'm still somewhat new to Facebook but it seems to be the best place to find out about pool tournaments. The trick seems to be joining the right groups to see the flyers. I'm looking for guidance and/or invites to some groups that would help me get to more of the right events.

I only go to open non-handicapped tournaments on 9' tables. Any suggestions? Thank you!

Might want to start your own group. Call it '9ft or die'.

There used to be regional pool monthlies but they seem to have all gone away. They had local schedules.

Thank you Bob! Yes, I check the AZ calendar. It's one of the better resources out there but it's not complete enough to be my only tool.

I'll ask a follow up, does anyone know of any good tournaments going on the weekend after Thanksgiving? I don't see any on the AZ calendar but I bet something is going down somewhere.

I haven't seen any FB groups geared to people with your skill level. Any of the big tournaments should show up on Pool is Not Dead or the other major FB pool groups. Most localities have their own groups for local tournaments. Looks like there is a "MN Pool Players" group with 4k members?

Edit: I probably haven't seen FB groups for people at your level as I would never be invited to such groups.

Many states have their own pool tournament page on Facebook, for example: Florida pool tournaments page. Some have multiple Facebook pages, as in also Florida Pool tournament Chaser page. Try typing into Facebook search your state and the word "pool tournaments"
