Which one of these glues will work best on the jump/break plates and clear tips?

Loctite 401 or 454 or Gorilla Impact resistant all work fine. I know some makers swear by rapid fuse for break tips. It's all in the prep if you ask me.

I use DAP rapid fuse....just make sure...1) both surfaces are flat, if you place tip on ferrule in dry run, there should be NO wobble, second, do not apply too much glue, and make sure you have very good pressure on it, not enough to push out all the glue, but not to leave a huge glue line, a thick layer of glue will crack and break apart pretty quick causing the tip to fly off. Also, do NOT put scratches/hash marks etc on the face of the ferrule as it will NOT help the tip adhere any better to it......., CA is designed to be a thin film between 2 very flat surfaces for best adhesion.

Thanks... I used the Gorilla Glue Gel... we will see how well it holds up...

One other consideration when doing break tips, don't leave the tip full height, I usually cut about a third off then shape it. Reason is the taller the tip is, the more likely it can be leveraged off when breaking, especially on a miscue. Even after removing 1/3, all the hard Break tips will last yrs before needing replacement.

Final result... Kamikaze clear J/B tip, with 1/8" white acrylic pad and yellow fiber pad.
