I am not going to embarrass anyone by telling who did it as this is not my style BUT, some unnamed person pm'd me asking if Jimmy would give them a deeper discount than the 70% he already is offering. To me, this is just totally uncool. I'm not even going to insult Jimmy by even mentioning this to him. Thanks again to all of you who are readily giving of themselves to help my old friend.

Thanks again to all who bought Jimmy's dvd set. I am going to his house tomorrow (Thursday) and I will try to get him to post something. My brother and I are making the trip ( 150 miles round trip) to solve some computer issues he has. He really appreciates this kindness you all are showing more than mere words can describe. I thank you from the bottom of my heart as well. There aren't any finer people on the planet than right here on AZ billiards forums.

Jimmy Reid Update.........
My brother and I spent 5 hours with Jimmy at his home today to straighten out some computer issues he had with his web page. He was very upbeat and appreciative of the support all of you have shown him. I will continue to post new links to the auction as needed until he is able to come on here and do it himself as his health permits. I wanted him to come on and post something today but by the time we were finished, he was too weak to do it. I promise, I will get him on here if it's with my last breath.

I purchased these really great DVDs last year when I heard of it. They really are full of hidden knowledge.
I don't think that anyone should worry about how many sets are left on eBay. This is Jimmy's bread and butter and he can make as many sets as he wants (I think). I don't think there is a limited supply. Maybe a limited supply of those offered at this new great price however.
I reacted to his this when it was offered as an auction last year and paid $100 for my set. It was worth it then and way better of a deal now.

i just wanted to tell you of my experience. i bought an extra set of DVDs to sell in an auction or a highest-bidder forum because i thought so much of them last summer. and still in their wrap, never touched.
but i want you Darth and Jimmy to know this...
of those that wanted to buy them, they wanted to pay a fair price and did not low-ball me at all.
and one individual, Without Regard FOR A DISCOUNT AT ALL; offered $100 out of kindness and care for Jimmy [and for maybe more deeper reasons too].
and, even though he could buy it for less on eBay. he still bought it for $100.
let me say this for the buyer...
it was from the Heart for Jimmy. i am not allowed to say more.
so, let me say for the anonymous buyer, it was from the HEART.

Jimmy's computer was full of viruses. My brother picked it up from him yesterday 2/10 and is re-formatting the hard drive. He should be up and running by Friday 2/13 at the latest.
