My friend has an Andy Gilbert jump break that I recently tried and really liked. Bend in it like something from years past, and the screw off section made the jump segment the right size for a normal human (not like some of the shorter J/B cues around)What’s best all depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Propel, Air Rush, Jacoby will all get it done.
On the jump break side of things I would recommend the Omen & Diveney on the higher price side. Nothing wrong with a McDermott Stinger & Schmelke Jump Break on the cheaper side.
The Chilton Flying Eagle jump cue combined with say a Predator break cue(anything with a uni-loc joint) might be the best I have ever had.
